Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please order carefully and check the size guide thoroughly before placing your order. We do not offer exchanges.

Your Right to Return

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer regardless of location. We strongly recommend sending all returns via an insured, tracked service. Unlucky Cloud Limited cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and refunds will not be processed until the item has been received and inspected by us.

Condition of Returned Items

Items returned worn, washed, damaged, or without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Where an item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value, up to the full price of the item. You will be notified of any deduction before it is made.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at customersupport@unluckycloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us as we will need to provide you with the returns address.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customersupport@unluckycloud.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Faulty items will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

International Orders - Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is refused or returned to us due to unpaid import duties or taxes, any outbound and return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
