Dispatch

Every Unlucky Cloud order is personally packed by us. Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be dispatched after purchase. Shipping timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. 

- Standard (2–4 business days from dispatch) - £5.99

International Shipping

EU

- Standard (5 – 7 business days from dispatch) – £10

Excluding Cyprus & Malta - refer to rest of world

United States & Canada

- Standard (5 – 7 business days from dispatch) – £10

Rest of the World

- Standard (7 – 14 business days from dispatch) – £20

International orders are shipped via UPS or Royal Mail. For certain destinations an alternative carrier may be used. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed with tracking information.

Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties, taxes and charges for orders outside of the UK are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that charges are not guaranteed, this varies depending on your country's regulations and the value of your order. Should you refuse delivery of your order or fail to pay any applicable import duties or taxes resulting in the parcel being returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all associated shipping and handling costs from your refund.
